TINY NINJAS
AGES 2-3

OUR TINY NINJAS CLASS IS A FUN AND ENGAGING INTRODUCTION TO MOVEMENT, COORDINATION, AND BASIC BODY AWARENESS FOR TODDLERS. THROUGH PLAYFUL DRILLS AND INTERACTIVE GAMES, WE HELP YOUNG CHILDREN DEVELOP BALANCE, AGILITY, AND CONFIDENCE IN A SAFE AND STRUCTURED ENVIRONMENT. THIS CLASS FOCUSES ON GROSS MOTOR SKILLS, LISTENING, AND FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS, SETTING A STRONG FOUNDATION FOR FUTURE LEARNING. EACH SESSION IS ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT, ENSURING A SUPPORTIVE AND ENCOURAGING EXPERIENCE FOR THE LITTLE ONES.

LITTLE WARRIORS
AGES 4-5

THE LITTLE WARRIORS PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO INTRODUCE YOUNG CHILDREN TO THE FUNDAMENTALS OF BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU IN A FUN AND SUPPORTIVE WAY. USING GAMES AND STRUCTURED ACTIVITIES, WE TEACH COORDINATION, DISCIPLINE, AND TEAMWORK WHILE HELPING KIDS BUILD CONFIDENCE. THIS CLASS FOCUSES ON FUNDAMENTAL MOVEMENT PATTERNS, BASIC TECHNIQUES, AND LEARNING THROUGH PLAY.

MEDIUM MONSTROS
AGES 6-8


AT THIS STAGE, KIDS BEGIN TO LEARN CORE BJJ TECHNIQUES, POSITIONAL AWARENESS, AND BASIC SELF-DEFENSE PRINCIPLES. THE MEDIUM MONSTROS CLASS EMPHASIZES DISCIPLINE, PROBLEM-SOLVING, AND RESPECT, WHILE ALSO INTRODUCING LIVE DRILLS AND STRUCTURED TRAINING. STUDENTS WILL DEVELOP COORDINATION, AGILITY, AND THE ABILITY TO APPLY TECHNIQUES IN A CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT.

JUNIOR CHAMPIONS
AGES 9-15

OUR JUNIOR CHAMPIONS CLASS PREPARES KIDS AND TEENS FOR SUCCESS BOTH ON AND OFF THE MATS. WITH A FOCUS ON TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT, POSITIONAL TRAINING, AND CONFIDENCE-BUILDING, STUDENTS REFINE THEIR SKILLS IN A STRUCTURED YET FUN ENVIRONMENT. THIS CLASS INTRODUCES MORE ADVANCED TECHNIQUES, LIVE SPARRING, AND COMPETITION PREPARATION WHILE REINFORCING DISCIPLINE, TEAMWORK, AND PERSEVERANCE.

JIU-JITSU 101 & 102:
GI FUNDAMENTALS

THE GI FUNDAMENTALS CLASS IS PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS LOOKING TO BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION IN BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU. THIS CLASS COVERS ESSENTIAL TECHNIQUES SUCH AS PROPER POSTURE, ESCAPES, SWEEPS, AND SUBMISSIONS, WHILE ALSO TEACHING FUNDAMENTAL BJJ PRINCIPLES LIKE POSITIONAL CONTROL AND LEVERAGE. STUDENTS WILL DEVELOP MUSCLE MEMORY AND CONFIDENCE THROUGH STRUCTURED DRILLS, POSITIONAL TRAINING, AND GUIDED ROLLING. THE GOAL IS TO ESTABLISH A SOLID BASE THAT ALLOWS NEW PRACTITIONERS TO PROGRESS SAFELY WHILE REINFORCING CORE TECHNIQUES FOR EXPERIENCED STUDENTS.

GI ALL LEVELS

THE GI ALL LEVELS CLASS WELCOMES STUDENTS OF ALL SKILL LEVELS, FROM BEGINNERS TO ADVANCED PRACTITIONERS. THE CURRICULUM INCLUDES FUNDAMENTAL AND ADVANCED TECHNIQUES, ALLOWING STUDENTS TO DEVELOP A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF POSITIONS, TRANSITIONS, AND SUBMISSION CHAINS. TRAINING CONSISTS OF STRUCTURED INSTRUCTION, POSITIONAL DRILLING, AND LIVE ROLLING TO HELP STUDENTS REFINE THEIR TECHNIQUES AND PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES IN REAL-TIME SCENARIOS. THIS CLASS FOSTERS A COLLABORATIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT WHERE STUDENTS CAN GROW AND PROGRESS AT THEIR OWN PACE WHILE CHALLENGING THEMSELVES WITH HIGHER-LEVEL TECHNIQUES AND CONCEPTS.

NO-GI ALL LEVELS

OUR NO-GI CLASS FOCUSES ON BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU TECHNIQUES WITHOUT THE TRADITIONAL KIMONO, EMPHASIZING CONTROL, GRIP VARIATIONS, MOVEMENT, AND SUBMISSION CHAINS APPLICABLE TO SELF-DEFENSE, MMA, AND SPORT BJJ. THE ABSENCE OF THE GI MAKES FOR A FASTER-PACED AND MORE DYNAMIC TRAINING EXPERIENCE, REQUIRING ADJUSTMENTS IN GRIPS AND CONTROL STRATEGIES. STUDENTS WILL LEARN TAKEDOWNS, POSITIONAL CONTROL, AND SUBMISSION TECHNIQUES TAILORED FOR NO-GI COMPETITION AND REAL-WORLD APPLICATION. THIS CLASS IS IDEAL FOR THOSE LOOKING TO DEVELOP A VERSATILE GRAPPLING STYLE WHILE IMPROVING AGILITY, EXPLOSIVENESS, AND ADAPTABILITY.

BJJ SPARRING

BJJ SPARRING IS AN OPEN ROLLING SESSION DESIGNED FOR STUDENTS TO TEST THEIR SKILLS IN LIVE TRAINING. THIS CLASS PROVIDES A CONTROLLED AND SUPERVISED ENVIRONMENT WHERE PRACTITIONERS CAN APPLY TECHNIQUES LEARNED IN STRUCTURED CLASSES AGAINST RESISTING OPPONENTS. ROLLING SESSIONS WILL BE ORGANIZED TO ACCOMMODATE DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE LEVELS, ENSURING PRODUCTIVE TRAINING WHILE MINIMIZING INJURIES. STUDENTS WILL GAIN VALUABLE EXPERIENCE IN TIMING, PRESSURE, AND ADAPTABILITY, HELPING THEM REFINE THEIR TECHNIQUE, IMPROVE PROBLEM-SOLVING UNDER PRESSURE, AND DEVELOP A PERSONAL GAME PLAN FOR COMPETITION OR SELF-DEFENSE SCENARIOS.
